Kevin Bradley Dsouza

CEO & CTO

Kevin Bradley Dsouza is the CEO & CTO of Symbolia AI, where he leads the development of AI scientist systems for scientific discovery. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia and was a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Waterloo. His work spans AI systems, scientific computing, and applied discovery workflows. At Symbolia, Kevin brings this cross-domain background together to build MatterLens for materials, climate technology, and partner-led validation.

Carol Blaizy Dsouza

COO

Carol Blaizy Dsouza is COO of Symbolia AI, where she leads operations, partnerships, and program strategy. An environmental humanities scholar with a PhD from IIT Madras, she works across language, curriculum, ecology, translation, and AI. Her experience spans environmental education research, Indian-language technology projects, and project management, giving MatterLens a strong bridge between scientific discovery, climate relevance, and grounded implementation.
